Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Yozly (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Yozly, operated at yozly.uz.

Yozly is an AI-assisted IELTS Academic Writing practice platform. Users submit writing tasks and receive automated feedback generated by large language models. The Service is for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Yozly. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@yozly.uz if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated methods or register on behalf of another person without their consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the AI scoring system or proprietary content.
• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or purchased credits to others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure or other users’ access.

Yozly uses session credits to access sessions. Credits are purchased by transferring payment to the bank card number displayed in the app and submitting a photo of your payment confirmation via our Telegram bot. Credits are credited to your account after manual verification by our team, typically within 24 hours on business days.

All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire if your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Yozly reserves the right to adjust credit prices at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Feedback and band scores provided by Yozly are generated by AI models and are intended as educational estimates only. They are not official IELTS assessments and are not endorsed by or affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Actual IELTS results may differ. Do not rely solely on Yozly scores when making decisions about sitting official exams.

All platform content — including the scoring system, UI, branding, prompts, and educational materials — is owned by or licensed to Yozly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the writing you submit. By submitting, you grant Yozly a limited licence to process your writing through AI models to provide the Service. We will not use your writing in marketing materials without your explicit consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yozly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or failure to achieve a particular IELTS score. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uzbekistan.
